I love my lessons 3-4 times a week with Jen. She knows the body so well and how to correct the issues that are bothering me. That is not all. Jen has helped me with Nutrition, sleeping habits, and strengthening my core and my leg muscles.

I broke my wrist five months ago. Once out of my cast, Jen trained me to get back to using weights. I use really heavy ones now and have no pain. Jen has helped me so much. love my lessons that incorporate so much.

I was very hesitant to try yoga because I have a bad shoulder and tight hamstrings. I have been with Jen for two years now both in group and private settings.  I have a background in dance, gymnastics, have a bachelor of science in Physical Education and was a dance and exercise teacher (a very long time ago) – I know how my body is supposed to move. Unfortunately, about 15 years ago I stopped all my stretching and have paid the price.  I’ve suffered from back pain, joint pain and just overall stiffness and discomfort.  Jen has brought me back to health. I feel stronger, more flexible and most importantly no longer have pain.  I have taken classes at various yoga studios but have not found a teacher whose class has such excellent balance.  With every move Jen makes there is a counter move which balances the body and brings you back to your body’s center.  Jen always provides an option for a more or less difficult move and is motivating but never pushes to the point that I could injure myself.  The excellent quality of her class aside Jen is a lovely person.  She is calm and balanced, approachable, gracious and has a great sense of humor.  I highly recommend Jen’s yoga.
