​​Jen resides in San Diego but was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has a degree in Business Management from Arizona State and has been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years, keeping up on the latest developments in functional movement and holistic health to provide comprehensive and personalized guidance to help clients achieve their health goals. Her yoga and strength training integrate a unique blend of postural restoration and ELDOA - Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation Stretching, a technique created by Osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer. Her years of experience serving active military and veterans with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), TBI (traumatic brain injuries), and back pain, has not only been beneficial for promoting healing and resilience but meaningful and satisfying to help those who serve our country. She finds a tremendous amount of satisfaction helping others reach their goals and live their best life.
